Dan Hizanu

My name is Dan Hizanu and I am happy to discuss … “homes”.

To me, "home" is real estate, a field where I have been growing professionally for the past 20 years up to the level of MASTER’S degree and REALTOR certification and in which I invest passion and consistency every day.

My first professional experiences in this field took shape in Great Britain where I worked on the residential market in London and then, back in Bucharest, I established my own agency and carried out the first large-scale transactions with land in Northern Bucharest.

In more recent years, I have enriched my set of professional tools with approaches and techniques of one of the biggest international players in real estate, Remax, and have worked extensively in the residential and commercial area of Bucharest and its surroundings.

My offer to any potential client, at the beginning of a collaboration, is a correct analysis of the properties’ value, a careful assessment of market risks and the identification of profitable investment opportunities. I consider these elements to be very important premises in the success of any endeavour and I always incorporate them in my work routine.
